We understand that calculating the quantity of Nidagravel panels is not an exact science. If you have extra panels, over what you want to keep for any future contingency, we will accept returns to our facility in Arlington Texas.

 

1. All returns of Nidagravel products are subject to a restocking fee of 15%, plus the shipping costs and to send the goods back to the distribution center in Arlington Texas.

 

2. All returns requests must be done within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

 

3. All returns must be in full sheets in pristine condition for reselling.

 

4. All returns must be re-stacked and banded in order to ensure secure shipping.

 

5. If an order is canceled by the buyer for any reason after it has left the distribution center in Arlington, but has no yet been received at the buyers location, the restocking fee will be enforced.

 

6. If any special order, such as a direct full container shipped directly to the buyer’s location, would be considered an order that cannot be canceled and no returns will be allowed, unless otherwise stated in the order.
